SoTighT is an advanced fractional radiofrequency technology designed to improve skin firmness, texture, wrinkles, enlarged pores, scars, and other visible changes in the face and body.

At SAS Aesthetic Institute, SoTighT treatments are personalized according to your skin, treatment area, and aesthetic goals.

SOTIGHT AT A GLANCE
SoTighT treatments are tailored according to the area being treated, your skin concerns, and the degree of improvement you would like to achieve.

FIRM. SMOOTH. REFINE.
A Different Approach to Skin Tightening & Texture
Changes in collagen and elastin can affect much more than skin firmness.
Over time, patients may notice looser-looking skin, fine lines, enlarged pores, uneven texture, acne scars, stretch marks, and changes in overall skin tone.
SoTighT was designed to address several of these concerns through controlled radiofrequency energy.
The technology delivers energy beneath the surface of the skin, creating controlled heating within targeted tissue layers. This stimulation supports the natural processes involved in collagen and elastin remodeling.
The result is an approach focused not only on tightening, but also on improving texture, firmness, pore appearance, scars, wrinkles, and overall skin quality.
SoTighT may be used on both facial and body areas depending on the concern being treated.
VACUUM-ASSISTED BIPOLAR RADIOFREQUENCY
How SoTighT Technology Works
SoTighT uses bipolar radiofrequency energy to create controlled heating within targeted layers of tissue.
Radiofrequency energy stimulates the deeper support structures of the skin without requiring surgical incisions.
The SoTighT system also uses vacuum-assisted treatment, helping position tissue during energy delivery and allowing treatment to be directed more precisely across selected facial and body areas.
The system provides adjustable treatment depths and radiofrequency settings so the approach can be customized according to the condition being treated.
Controlled thermal stimulation encourages remodeling of collagen and elastin, two important structural components responsible for skin strength, firmness, and elasticity.
SoTighT may also support processes associated with hyaluronic acid and overall skin hydration and quality.
Rather than treating every patient with the same settings, treatment depth, energy, and areas are selected according to your skin and goals.

MEET YOUR PHYSICIAN
Michael Romberg, MD, FACS
Dr. Michael Romberg leads SAS Aesthetic Institute with an emphasis on individualized, physician-guided aesthetic and wellness care.
His approach focuses on determining what is actually causing concern before selecting a treatment technology.
For patients considering SoTighT, the SAS team evaluates skin laxity, texture, scars, pores, treatment area, and overall goals before developing a personalized plan.
What to Expect
The SoTighT handpiece is positioned over the selected area while controlled bipolar radiofrequency energy is delivered. You may feel warmth and gentle pressure associated with the vacuum-assisted treatment.
SoTighT does not require surgical recovery.
Depending on the area and treatment intensity, temporary redness, warmth, tenderness, or mild swelling may occur. Most patients can return to their usual routine without an extended recovery period.
Skin remodeling takes time. Changes in firmness, texture, pore appearance, scars, and overall skin quality may continue to develop following treatment. Your recommended treatment schedule depends on your concerns and response.
